Shipping & Delivery

At Lucaria Aura, every piece is packed with care and sent with tracking, so you can follow it all the way to your door. Here's everything you need to know.

Free shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a small flat rate, calculated at checkout.

Order processing
Each order is inspected and carefully packaged before it ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery times (estimated, after processing)
- United States & Canada — Standard: 7–12 business days · Expedited: 5–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe — Standard: 7–15 business days · Expedited: 6–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — Standard: 10–18 business days · Expedited: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the world — Standard: 10–20 business days · Expedited: 7–15 business days

Every order ships with a tracking number, so you can check its progress at any time.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first update to appear. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, just email us and we'll sort it out right away.

A note on timing
We're a small, independent studio, and each piece is checked by hand before it goes out. Estimated dates are a guide — occasional delays can happen due to carrier or customs handling during busy periods. If anything takes longer than expected, reach out and we'll personally follow up on your order.

Returns & exchanges
